I just want to say thank you for such a professional service you have given us. We are extremely happy with the new windows for how aesthetically good looking and well made they are and the excellent thermal and acoustics qualities that they provide. The house has never been so warm and quiet in the winter !! And secondly your fitters are really first class tradesmen and it was pleasure having them here in our home. Polite, helpful and not at all of an upheaval. They are good guys. And now to consider replacing the remaining 10 x windows and front door……….

The craftsmen who make them obviously care as the quality of workmanship is brilliant with real attention to fine detail. Mark and Vanessa who own the firm genuinely care about their customers. I find the test of a good company is when you encounter a problem, albeit a minor one and that’s when their eagerness to get things just so for us shone through, very well done the whole team and thank you.

Just a short note to let you know that we are extremely pleased with our new sliding doors. The quality and operation is just as we had hoped and they look great. The fitters we had last Monday who came back again on Thursday were a pleasure to work with and clearly did everything they could to do a quality job without too much disruption. The solution they came up with when the wrong plinth and rails arrived on Monday was more than we could have hoped for. It fits neatly with the enclosure and in keeping with the period. They were a good team and a credit to your firm.

Not only does it look the part, totally in character with our Victorian property, but we have also noticed that the house is considerable warmer now that we have a door that fits beautifully.
